This notice covers the KYC Free website, including Cards and its optional email signup. Contact us at hello@kycfree.org with privacy questions or requests.
What you share
If you sign up, we store your email address, signup time and a record of the wording you agreed to. We use these to send KYC Free news and comparison updates. The form does not ask for your name, wallet address or identity documents.
Your consent
Joining the list is optional. You can withdraw consent or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@kycfree.org from the address you signed up with. We keep your signup while you remain subscribed and the mailing list is in use.
Where the data goes
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Signup records are stored in its database and are accessible to the site's operator through authenticated administration. They are not displayed publicly. Hosting providers process request information needed to deliver and protect the site, which can include an IP address and browser information.
The application uses brief, temporary request counters to limit abuse. It does not add IP addresses to the subscriber database. Before regular newsletters begin, we will identify any additional email delivery provider in this notice.
Remembering the card notice
If you choose “Remember for this tab”, we store a small notice-version preference in your browser’s session storage so the notice does not reopen during that tab session. We do not send this preference to our servers, link it to your email or use it to track you. You can continue without remembering, or remove the preference using “Forget this tab preference”. Browsers normally clear session storage when a tab session ends, although restoring a session can preserve it.
Aggregate comparison measurement
We count page views, filter changes, detail openings, provider-link clicks and newly saved signups in daily totals. The measurement table stores only a day, a fixed page category, a fixed event name and a count. It contains no email, IP address, visitor ID, cookie, fingerprint, full URL, query text or referrer. We do not connect these totals to signup records.
Browser measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. It sends no cookies or referrer and does not use browser storage. Counts are not unique people, verified purchases or provider conversions; repeated visits and automated traffic can affect them. Browser actions are capped at 20 per event type per page load and throttled to one per second. Counts older than 90 days are deleted on the next measurement write; they can remain longer if the site receives no further measurements. Hosting providers still process technical request data as described above.
Privacy Watch
The homepage requests a small, cached set of reviewed headlines from this website. Your browser does not contact news feeds or load a third-party news widget. Opening an external source takes you to that publisher. Closing Privacy Watch stores only a dismissal preference in session storage for this tab; the News control reopens it. This preference is not sent to us or used for measurement. With JavaScript disabled, a static guide link is shown instead.
No advertising trackers
This website does not use advertising pixels, third-party analytics, marketing cookies or browser storage to track visitors. Its animation and fonts are served with the site. Hosting security or access features may process technical information as described in their own privacy notices.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your signup by contacting hello@kycfree.org. Please use the subscribed address so we can verify the request. You can browse the landing page without joining the list.
